Abuse
Report abuse
How to report abuse of a domain served by CTPFDNS, and how we handle it.
Reporting abuse
If a domain served by our nameservers is being used for phishing, malware distribution or another abusive purpose, tell us. Include the domain, what you observed and when, and any evidence you can share — headers, URLs, log lines.
Reports reach us through the contact form. Put “abuse” in the subject so it is routed straight away.
Certificate misissuance
Every zone we create carries a CAA record with an iodef contact. If a certificate authority refuses or reports an issuance attempt for a domain of ours, that report reaches a monitored mailbox.
What we do not do
We do not take a domain offline on an unverified claim. A report is checked first, and the domain holder is contacted unless doing so would defeat the purpose.
Zone contact
Every zone carries dnsmaster@ctpfdns.com as its SOA contact. That mailbox is read.
