Acceptable use

These rules apply to every domain served by CTPFDNS.

Not permitted

• Phishing, fraud and the distribution of malware
• Command-and-control infrastructure for botnets
• Use of the nameservers in reflection or amplification attacks
• Deliberate publication of records that misrepresent another party
• Any use that is unlawful in the jurisdiction of the operator

Reports

Abuse can be reported at any time — see Report abuse. Reports are checked before any action is taken.

Consequences

Confirmed abuse leads to suspension of the affected zone. We inform the domain holder unless doing so would defeat the purpose of the measure.
