How the service is operated, and what can be agreed in writing.
A written service level is agreed individually and is part of the contract. What follows describes how the service is operated, not a contractual promise.
Redundancy
Every zone is served by four authoritative nameservers in four countries. Each holds a complete copy, so a single location failing does not affect resolution.
Change propagation
Changes are pushed from the primary by NOTIFY and transferred immediately. Visibility to the wider internet is governed by the TTL of the record.
Monitoring
Reachability is measured from outside our network. See Service status.
Support
Named contacts and agreed response times are available for business customers on request.
